Okay so the posts have been lacking...
Kick: Swix Universal Klister before 9.30am, Swix Red Klister after
Glide: CH 8 before 9.30, CH 10 After
Also the best skiing is in the morning in the afternoon you wont move and will just divot the trail for the next morning so set your alarm. Classical is okay later but skating after the thaw each day just wont work well...
